When we get your enquiry, we'll get in touch with you to talk about the service and the property. During this chat, our team member will go over the details with you to understand the scope of the job. This means we can give you an accurate quote and timeframes as soon as possible.

Service plan

If you decide to go ahead, we'll outline the proposed maintenance tasks, the timeline for completion, and any other relevant details. Whilst our main service is reactive maintenance, we also offer full property inspections where we’ll inspect a property, establish its maintenance needs and provide a full plan and timescale.

Service execution

Once you approve the service plan, our skilled technicians will arrive at the property at the agreed date and time. They will arrive fully equipped with the necessary tools and materials to carry out the maintenance tasks efficiently and professionally. You won't need to provide anything other than ensuring our technicians can safely access the property.

Quality assurance

We pride ourselves on not only delivering high-quality workmanship, but also on our personalised touch and open communication. Throughout the service process, our team will stay in touch with you, giving you updates on the progress and addressing any questions or concerns you might have.

What are your hours of operation?
Monday – Friday: 9am to 5pm, but we offer 24/7 emergency support to address critical maintenance issues promptly.
How quickly can I expect a response to my enquiry?
We aim to respond as quickly as possible, but we do prioritise emergencies.
Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured for your peace of mind.
Are there any property maintenance services you do not provide?
While we offer a comprehensive list of maintenance services, there might be specialised tasks that require specific certifications. Please contact us if you don’t see the service you require on our services list as we may still be able to help or recommend someone who can.
What are your pricing and payment policies?
For callouts, including the first hour, our charge is £90. Subsequent hours are billed at £60 each and our day rate is £290. Larger jobs are priced individually, and we offer special rates for regular maintenance services such as gas certifications.
