Meet the team
Here is a bit about the team we’ve built at Donelan Property Maintenance.

Anthony Donelan
I founded Donelan Property 8 years ago after various roles including a joinery apprenticeship at 16 and a stint as a mortgage broker. Following travels in Australia & New Zealand, I started in sales upon moving to England, then launched Donelan Property. Now, we've expanded to include Donelan Property Maintenance.
As an MD, no two days are the same; I focus on supporting our team, resolving issues, and expanding the business through networking and meetings with suppliers. The dynamic nature of this role and the opportunity to tackle challenges is what I thrive on.

Dave Warren
Dave joined Donelan Property Maintenance in May 2025, bringing over 20 years of experience in Business Development. While new to the property world, he was excited to take on a fresh challenge!
Day to day, Dave can be found introducing our services to landlords, business owners, and office managers, as well as keeping in touch with existing clients to ensure they’re happy and supported. He checks in on completed works, gathers client feedback, and arranges site visits to quote for new jobs. Dave says he most enjoys playing a part in growing the business and making sure clients get the best possible service!

Chelsea McAndrew
Chelsea brings over 10 years of experience in the maintenance industry. Her interest in maintenance was sparked by a childhood memory of watching her nan assemble bikes. Now a valued member of our maintenance team, Chelsea’s passion for putting things together drives her work ethic.
A typical day involves heading to various job sites where she ensures each task is completed to the highest standard. For Chelsea, the most rewarding aspect of her job is seeing the transformation of a client’s space, knowing she has enhanced it for their enjoyment.

Ernie Williamson
Ernie joined Donelan Property Maintenance in July 2024 with him nearly 30 years of experience in the maintenance industry. He’s got a long-standing background in hands-on repair work which means no challenge is too difficult for him as a Maintenance Engineer!
Ernie fill his days with tasks that can range from fixing leaks and replacing damaged toilets to undertaking full refurbishments of properties. What he enjoys most about his role is the diversity it offers—meeting new people, tackling different types of repairs, and especially working on older properties. Ernie takes pride in his ability to fix issues the first time around, helping to keep Donelan Property Maintenance's housing stock in excellent condition.
