In January 2017, headed by Anthony Donelan, Donelan Property was born. This is our Property Sourcing and Management business, which was Anthony's sole focus for seven years. Over the years of managing tenanted properties for landlords and sourcing properties in need of renovation, Anthony branched out into setting up Donelan Property Maintenance, so we no longer had to outsource our maintenance.
Whether it is being on hand for tenant repairs for landlords, or refitting bathrooms and kitchens, our experience means we’ve seen and dealt with it all. If you’re a landlord, a homeowner or a commercial property manager, our maintenance service offers the reliability you’re looking for.

Introducing Anthony
“I guess I was always going to be in property, I’d made a couple of attempts to get into the industry when I was younger but ended up in sales. The job paid well but I never loved it.
Then I bought a house. It was a wreck. We stripped it back to the brick and built it up from there. New roof, kitchen, floors ... the lot. We transformed the place. And the strangest thing was that I loved it.
By pure coincidence, I met a property expert at a networking event who agreed to mentor me for six months in property investment. That was all I needed.
I started Donelan Property as a property sourcing agency. After about 3 years I added lettings and management. The more we grew the lettings side of the business, the more I realised that we were spending a lot of time trying to arrange tradespeople and struggling to find those we could trust. The all-in-one maintenance companies sounded good but when we actually used their services, they were too slow, unreliable, or had really poor workmanship.
So, I decided I couldn’t be the only one thinking this, and that I could do a better job. So here we are!”
