How experienced are your technicians and service professionals?
We only dispatch highly experienced technicians, however if a technician encounters a task beyond their expertise, we escalate the job to a senior technician or utilise approved contractors.
Do you perform background checks on your employees?
Absolutely, all our technicians undergo CRB checks.
What safety measures do you have in place during service visits?
Safety is very important to us; all of our technicians are trained to work on specific tasks and will only undertake a task that they have been trained in and are capable of doing.

Yes, we can provide detailed maintenance reports outlining the services performed, any repairs made, and recommendations for future maintenance. These reports are valuable for your records and property management purposes.

What should I do in case of an emergency?
For gas leaks, ventilate the area, turn off the gas, and call the national gas emergency number (0800 111 999) before reaching out to us. In the case of water leaks, turn off the water supply and contact us immediately. For electrical emergencies, cut the power and call 105, then notify us straight away.
